My sweet six year old decided he wanted to make "sweet" ice cubes. So,I let him pour chocolate syrup, cola, and pancake syrup into an ice cube tray to make," sweet cubes". After he put the tray in the freezer,he said, he couldn't wait until the cubes became, "ice- olated"... So, I figured this was a good chance to do some science!

It was a very, very, sweet way to learn about the properties of matter, like water, chocolate syrup and pancake syrup! TOO SWEET! But, they weren't complaining at all ;)
