How can we recall that Jesus was crucified for love of us and still love anything but Him? How many times have we repeated, written, sung and sighed, "May Jesus reign!" Yet on other occasions we have cried out, "Crucify Him!" [Jn 19:15] My God, how strong we would be if we were closely bound with the holy ties of love purpled by your blood as our Savior!
